Bingara (pop. 1250) is a charming town beside the Gwydir River on the Fossickers Way. Located in a magnificent valley the town is charming and extremely friendly. The locals take great pride in their town which is reflected in the restored Roxy Theatre which is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Northern NSW. The Riverside Caravan Park is located in a quiet area outside the main town beside the river. I recently spent three nights in this park and I can highly recommend it. Bookings can be made by phoning 02 6724-1209.
