We can't go past this park on our way home to Vic from "up north". The park is spacious and open and "a few steps" to the beach. You can walk to Suffolk Park along the beach, buy a coffee and some bread and then walk back to Broken Head. There is a nice walk over a headland and there is always a market on somewhere close by. Byron Bay is only a short drive away to see all sorts of shops and sights. There are many drives into the hinterland worth taking also. A lovely place to stay to unwind. Also the fishing off the beach is very good and we catch a fish nearly every day.
