| Situated close to the Border Ranges National Park this charming town of 4,000 people is a mecca for people who enjoy exploring wilderness. The town nestles beneath some impressive hills and the surrounding area is very picturesque. The area normally has a high rainfall but also lots of sunshine. Picnic areas are plentiful and the town has a golf course, swimming pool and other sporting facilities. The town has a very friendly shopping centre with some nice cafes. |
