Hillston is a town of approximately 1,200 people situated on the Lachlan River. The town is the last fuel stop before the long haul to Cobar. The Hillston Caravan Park is situated on the northern end of the town. Although the park has a good number of powered sites it can get busy at times so booking ahead is a good idea. The park is located adjacent to Lake Woorabinda and the town's main swimming pool. The park has a well stocked kiosk. Cabin accommodation is also available. The park is pet friendly.
