The park is in a quiet area well away from the highway. Powered sites have plenty of room and nice views. There is lots of space for camping and facilities include an old fuel stove which still works to generate heat in the cold and it cooks as well. The park is pet friendly. The local pub, called the Black Stump, has the highest bar of any pub in Australia.
