Beautiful cliffs, good spot to camp. Even a playground for the kids. There were a few people here when we came (April), but enough room for us all, and no problem pitching the tent.

We stayed here in August 2013 for a couple of nights. While it rained quite a bit the day we arrived, the short dirt track in to the camping area was still quite OK. It is a popular camping area for residents of Geraldton and indeed many Perth residents all come in family groups in holiday times. There are sort of three camping areas.....one on higher ground perhaps more suited for big rigs, one down on the lower road past the main pool (pictured below) and more camping is possible along the river bank for about half a kilometre. A good spot to chill out for a while. Honesty box fee of $5.00 per rig.
