Riverside camping, fishing, canoeing.Nature walks, lots of roos, emus, birds. Metal fire places at each campsite. Beware ground hard packed clay/silt,could be very slippery when wet. Access gate just past entrance may be closed if impassable.
$5 per car per night! National Park along Katarapko Creek, an anabranch of the River Murray, great bush camping with long drops the only facilities. Close to towns of Berri and Barmera for shopping etc.
The best camping spots are in the bottom part of the park accessed from the Berri to Barmera road at a turnoff just near the winery. The creek is deep enough for a tinny but there are snags that stop skiers.

One of our favourite spots on the Murray - most camp sites in the bottom part of the park have good river access for a canoe or light boat. There is also a boat ramp not far from the position given above.
