Port Gibbon Foreshore - Pt Gibbon SA
Port Gibbon Foreshore is located at Ocean Blvde - S , Pt Gibbon. Port Gibbon is located approx 22km in a southerly direction from the township of Cowell approx 27km north of Arno Bay. Dont need 4x4 for most camp sites but the roads can be challenging when wet. Fishing off of beach. Good stop-over on the way to the lower Eyre Peninsula. There is a Donation Box for visitors. There a various non powered campsites adjacent the beach north of Pt Gibbon itself, some with drop hole toilets. There is also a park at Port Gibbon.
Toilet area is cleaned daily (drop toilets) and donation box is also cleared daily. The shower is only a cubicle that you can hang your camp shower in. There is plenty of water (not to hook up to, but there are numerous taps) available and a dump point as well.

New toilet block and $1 showers at RV park, $5 a night camping via drop box at port gibbon RV park or on way to campsites south. Roads are graded and can create high banks when turning off towards a camp site, not a issue for most van but be mindful with the older style vans. Be mindful of the wind as you are exposed, check the weather!

Great camp area but can get windy as you are by the ocean. Pit toilets. Great sunrises. Large enough for big rigs.
