17 I am reluctant to refer to this place as a caravan park as it is more like the Singleton rubbish tip. It is smelly, filthy, unwanted items litter the area. The two skip bins we were placed next to were overflowing and when queried I was told they were just emptied over Christmas - 6 weeks previously? The BBQs were disgusting. We were squeezed in next to a cabin whose aircon blew directly onto our door. It was 41 degrees. After setting up an argument with the most foul language began between permanents. Next the girls in blue arrived. Seems like this is a regular occurence. So RVers be warned, pass thru Singleton NSW. Stop at your own peril as we were told the two parks are on par with this one.

This park is not a very well run one for over night parking only one unisex toilet and shower nothing for handicap not given a gate key office closed so had to ring to be able to re enter Web page is very misleading

On the way back home from Sydney we stayed here in a two bedroom cabin for one night (myself, wife, and two kids 2yo and 4yo) it was $100. The cabin was nice and clean and more spacious than what I expected it to be (from the outside seemed smaller). It had a nice little lounge room area and a kitchen with a table we could sit down and eat our take away dinner at.

The park is not managed by Heather Wadell anymore either.

Stayed here for one night recently (Dec 2012). Manager was friendly, cost was expensive $35 for a powered site. Most residents were miners so it was quiet as they were either working or sleeping. Would only recommend it if you are self contained as the toilets were filthy in the block near us. My husband returned without using them they were so bad.
