Its an "ok" park, have to walk through the mangroves to get to the beach, a loverly walk along the coast through manicured picnic grounds. The park is showing its age and the roads are in need of repair. Level sites and slabs would help. Staff as usual friendly and helpful.

This is NOT a pet friendly park. We tried to book a powered site in april this year. We were told they had sites available, when we informed managers wife that we had a small dog, we were told NO DOGS.

Lovely park, lovely location. Few Gladstone workers living in the park because of affordability and available accomodation so park is pretty busy all the time. We stayed in an ensuite site and it was nice and shady and the birds wake you up in the morning. You should book in peek season. We did and we got what we wanted.
