The Granites Caravan Park - Tibooburra NSW
The Granites Caravan Park is located at the corner of King and Brown Street in Tibooburra. There are 15 powered and 20 unpowered sites available for caravans, campers and motorhomes. Large granite rock formations abut the park. Bookings can be made by telephoning the park and please tell the park that you found them on Caravan Park Photos. This is an outback park with all the facilities. It is well worth stopping at. Booking is done at the roadhouse as you enter Tibooburra. The Highway from Broken Hill to Tibooburra is roughly 50 percent sealed. The remainder is packed clay and gravel but is easy driving if you stick to conditions. I understand this road is closed during rain, so it may pay to check. The road to Cameron Corner is all unsealed and can be rough in places, so again, drive to conditions. We left our van at Tibooburra and made a day trip to the Corner. Another one crossed off the list.
