We did Googs Track from North to South in August 2007, we passed 2 vehicles going South to North in the first hour we were on the track and saw no other vehicles after that. We camped on the lake which we found to be a great spot (no facilities at all) very peaceful and eerie, warm on the lakeside, cool in the scrub, the night we camped there was the day after the Luna Eclipse and full moon!!
