Arkaroola Wilderness Sanctuary is located at Arkaroola Rd - N , Arkaroola. I is privately owned and operated by the Sprigg family who are descendants of Reg Sprigg the South Australian geologist. Arkaroola Village can offer the visitor a wide range of activities and features: camping and accommodation, a store, service station and an information centre. The Visitors Information Centre can help with details of what there is to see and do around Arkaroola, from walking trails and scenic drives, to scenic flights, guided 4WD tours and a look at the universe from the astronomical observatory.

There are 50 powered and 500 unpowered sites available for caravans, campers and motorhomes. A good selection of cottages and cabins is available for rent to suit all budgets and needs.
