We have almost completed our crossing of Australia, where we enjoyed the professional and helpful service provided by numerous RV/Caravan park proprietors. On arrival in Biloela, at approximately mid day we drove to book into your park. The office was closed, but a male person in the office refused to open the door and when he eventually did so, told us to come back later if we wanted to book in. It was a very hot day and a two hour wait to book in was not at all acceptable. The gentleman finally came to the door and told us to go away, stating that we could go and camp anywhere as there were plenty of free camping sites in and around the town. He also told us to "piss off" as he had a business to run. We were not prepared to go to a free camp $100 000 plus motor home, so we drove off and found a delightful caravan park (The White Cockatoo). The hosts could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The park is delightful and we would recommend it to everyone passing through this part of Queensland. Subsequent discussions with residents of Biloela that this was not an isolated incident and we were not the first recipients of the rudeness and arrogance of the "manager" of the Bileola Caravan Park.
