Paul Greig reviews Bass Hill Holiday Village in Bass Hill Sydney NSW.

Our roving reporter Paul Greig of Brisbane Queensland reviews Bass Hill Holiday Village in NSW:

“It is this writers opinion that the Bass Hill Holiday Village should be avoided by Grey Nomads and other tourists unless there are no alternatives. The park is located on the extremely busy Hume Highway and a good nights sleep is not guaranteed, worse, management appear to have little interest in fixing things or putting any money back into the park.

The main amenities block shows many years of neglect including a number of running, not dripping, taps, one would think a bulldozer would be the most effective repair. The condition of the bitumen roadways was very poor.

On the positive side, The Bass Hill Holiday Village has bus stops outside the front gate and pensioners can take advantage of the $2.50 all day, any service city travel system.
