Paul Henstock Reviews Corindi Beach Holiday Park NSW

Roving Reporter Paul Henstock has filed this comprehensive review of Corindi Beach Holiday Park which is located at Corindi Beach NSW just north of Coffs Harbour:

“New managers Rob and Anne Simpson are putting their mark here!

We made our first visit last year, not long after Rob and Anne had taken over the reins, and it’s a good sign when you find that there are others you met last year also making a return visit as well!

As we did last year we have extended our stay again, because not only is the park managed extremely well, the grounds and general maintenance just enhance your visit. Amenities block is kept in first class repair and very clean.

Rob and Anne arrange “entertainment” such as a film night on the big screen, karaoke (that was funny!), nibbles on the headland, music at “The Shed” (Rob is an accomplished singer / guitarist – Anne is a bit shy of singing but can hang a note!) and we had a great “jam” session night when park guests were invited to bring along their own instruments and voices!

With a number of “working holiday” Korean berry pickers here again, this year, there is another Korean Food Night happening. It’s a great “meet and greet time” where our Korean visitors get to cook, and we get eat!!

Everybody gets along really well and that is down to the effort put in by managers Rob and Anne, to ensure that we all get a warm friendly welcome and enjoy our stay.

Kids’ playground, free BBQs, gas and ice available.

Whales can sometimes be viewed from the headland. Excellent beach and it is dog friendly. Plenty of birdlife and the occasional ‘roo will hop on by!

Milk bar and take away across the road, a post office and a pub that offers the menu as take away, plus also has a take away pizza menu.

Small shopping centre within a few minutes’ drive and a bit further south is the shopping centre of Woolgoolga township. Coffs Harbour is approx. a 20 minute drive away.

Now part of the Family Parks group.

We’d like to keep this park as a secret but, in the spirit of this website, I s’pose we must share!”
