Lake Placid Tourist Park - Cairns QLD
Lake Placid Tourist Park is at the end of a no through road set among tropical gardens and the backdrop of thickly wooded mountains. The park is quiet and peaceful and has a good layout. The amenities are very good and the park has a nice swimming pool. Broadband Internet is available at the reception. The resident owner is Philip Jacka. Bookings can be made by telephoning the park and please tell the park that you have seen their photos on Caravan Park Photos.
This was my favourite campsite in Cairns. Beautiful setting, very peaceful, and we had a lovely shady plot. I'd certainly recommend it to others - infact I already have! Laura Berry, London England.

Love this park, it is clean friendly and the amenities are just the cleanest. Will recomend to people on our travels.
