Swinging Bridge Park - Cooyar QLD
The main recommended area for stay and rest in Cooyar is beside the park in the large sealed shoulder. You can clearly see it in the Google Street view below. Only 2 Power outlets near swinging bridge a Deposit of $5.00 for key and Donation of power used for time of stay NOTE POWER IS NOT FREE and watch other who want to take advantage of it. I could not find any signs prohibition overnight camping. However, if you do decide to stay here overnight you do so at your own risk.

Great park for an overnight or a couple of days. The pub served great meals. Power available in several spots...$5.00 , payable at the pub. No phone or internet service .

Lovely spot. By the river and across from the pub. Had a night here and there were around 4 vans for the night. There are some powered sites but we opted for non powered. Large level areas. The toilets are across the road in the day park.
