Wonderful place to stay. It is next to the highway but the traffic dies right down at night. It's a few k's out of town but attracts a more interesting traveller because of this than the one right in the centre of Cowra.
5pm drinks is a nice touch. Phil is a lovely bloke, a host in the true sense of the word, though get up 10 minutes earlier the day you plan to leave if you want to get away in a hurry - he loves a chat! The (very nice) bathrooms are something to behold! Definitely recommended.
