Fort Courage Caravan Park - Wentworth NSW
Fort Courage Caravan Park covers an area of 70 acres of Murray River frontage. Access is via a sealed road. There are powered and unpowered sites available for caravans, campers and motorhomes. Small dogs may be brought to the park but must be kept on a leash. Units and a Lodge are available for rent. There are undercover BBQs and amenities with a laundry. A concrete boat ramp is available. It is an ideal location to fish Frenchman’s Creek, Rufus River, Darling Anabranch and Deadmans Creek. Your hosts are Steve and Rayma Govan. Fort Courage is a little oasis in the middle of nowhere. It is 16kms from Wentworth on the Old Renmark Road. Facilities are old but clean and in good working order. Work is currently being done to improve the park with another shower block and a marina being built. An ideal fishing location with numerous camp kitchens around the park. Mine hosts, Steve and Rayma Govan were without doubt the best I have encountered. Fort Courage is one of NSW's best kept secrets. Highly recommended to all.
