Lots of space and plenty of drive through powered sites. A camp kitchen would would be a perfect additional to this very nice park. Bookings can be made by

PLEASE NOTE: This park closes for winter so please ring ahead to confirm that it is open.
We had a WONDERFUL stay at this caravan park! Had a folk band play every night we were there, around the camp fire. It was really beautiful. Bonnie Sherwin, Brisbane QLD.

The negative reviews are somewhat dated on this park and probably need to be taken with a grain of salt. We found spacious sites not found in most CP's, older but spotless amenities and lots of space for our 3 boys to ride bikes and play. The park was roomy and uncrowded unlike the showgrounds we had been in and the rate was only $35 per night in a powered site (5 persons).

Found a lovely spacious park with all the desired facilities. Massive shady sites, basic clean amenities and 100's of beautiful shrubs and flowers including roses. Water to 90% of sites and best shower pressure ever. I often wonder just what some people who do reviews are thinking. Most bad reviews seem to come from someone with a grudge, this park is caretakern by a lovely older couple and owned by a not much younger couple who keep it open despite pressure to subdivide like many of these old style parks.

This park has obviously gone downhill dramatically. It was very run-down, overgrown and most of the site taps didn't have water. It seems that when something goes wrong the owners don't bother to get it fixed.

Hi I have been to stay at The Blue Sapphire Caravan Park, and found it very relaxing. The grounds are well maintained. Lots of shade, and space. Toilets and Showers very basic but clean and functioning. The managers are very helpful. Planning to stay here during the Celtic Festival 2015 :)

This was a nice little park and very quiet. A little aged but very pleasant for and overnight stay.
