Bennett Street Stay and Rest - Longwarry VIC

The Bennett Street Stay and Rest area is a large elongated block of public land beside the CFA in Bennett Street Longwarry. Longwarry is 90km south east of Melbourne. The CFA hold a monthly market here. There are a number of potential alternatives including a block of land beside the pub and some good off street parking in Cook Street which is on the northern side of the railway station. The only downside with Bennett Street is the Longwarry Food Park which runs 24/7 and emits some noise. Trains pass by this area every hour as well. Modern amenities and a playground are available. There should be no problems with staying here during the day.  You may need to check with the CFA if you wish to stay overnight. Photos on this page were taken on the 24th December 2015.
