Harwood Bridge - Maclean NSW

A large section of paved area before and under the Pacific Highway overpass of the Clarence River is suitable as a stay and rest location.  The area is flat and beside the river.  The only downside is that you will have to listen to the thump-thump of cars passing over the Harwood Bridge. You can enter the area at one end and leave at the other so there is no need to turn within the space available. I could not find any signs prohibition overnight camping. However, if you do decide to stay here overnight you do so at your own risk.
