Depot Beach Campground - Murramarang National Park NSW

Depot Beach Campground is located on North Durras Road in the Murramarang National Park. The Murramarang National Park is 279km south of Sydney. Explore Durras Lake and Durras Mountain on a range of walking tracks. Stay at Depot, Pebbly or Pretty beaches (caravans, cabins and camping sites available; bookings essential). Facilities at Depot Beach and Pretty Beach include hot showers. Cabins at Depot Beach can accommodate wheelchairs.

Access 10 km north of Batemans Bay along various access points off the Princes Highway. Mostly unsealed roads. Vehicle entry fee applies. The campsite is accessible by all weather unsealed roads suitable for 2wd vehicles and is located 210.8 km SSW of Sydney

You can access the campground north of Batemans Bay by turning off the Princes Highway onto Mount Agony Road. Take the right-hand fork onto North Durras Road and you will find the campsite is on the left. There is room for caravans, campervans and tents.

This managed campsite is set amongst some tall eucalypts trees, just near the beach so take care not to expose yourself to falling branches. There are plenty of kangaroos and walks, including a walk to the rock platform. Bookings essential during school holidays.

Nice quiet campground. Across from the beach. Plenty of wildlife. Can be windy. $20 unpowered site.
