Shoalhaven Caravan Village - Nowra NSW

The Shoalhaven Caravan Village is located at 17 Terara Road, Nowra. The park is set well back from the road and you enter it via a long well paved road. The park has 70 tourist sites of which 40 are powered. Some tourist sites are grouped together while the others are interspersed among the permanent homes in the park. A lovely BBQ area is available beside the Shoalhaven River. The resident managers are Bill and Judith Eddy. Large resident population but owner Bill has a "no nonsense-I'm not here to be loved" approach so the residents that are there look after their homes, are friendly to visitors and good for a chat! We spent the Easter break here and were told that if there was any unacceptable behaviour, or noise, then we were to call the owner to fix the problem (not try to fix it ourselves!) - no matter what the time was, day or night! As you would expect the amenities are kept spotless and the park overall is very well maintained. Limited spots for larger rigs.
