Riverside Tourist Park - Queanbeyan NSW
Queanbeyan is a town of over 30,000 people situated on the border of the Australian Capital Territory. The Queanbeyan Riverside Tourist Park is located adjacent to the main shopping center. It is a neat little park with some pleasant river views. Amenities are adequate but somewhat constrained by the size of the park. The park has 60 sites of which 40 are powered. The situation of the park beside the river is just beautiful. The sound of the water tumbling over the weir was a lovely sound. Lots of birds. Very convenient to shops and can recommend Leagues Club for a night out meals etc. Only grudge at this park was laundry was only open during office hours, which makes it a bit hard to do a load if you are away during the day doing all the tourist stuff.
