BIG4 Renmark Riverside Caravan Park - Renmark SA

Renmark is a town of 10,000 people situated on the Murray River 254km east of Adelaide. The town is popular for tourists because of the quality of the local vineyards. BIG4 Renmark Riverfront Holiday Park is set on a large property which faces the river. The park has 247 sites of which 177 are powered. Facilities are good and the park has a secure entrance and good roads throughout. The park has a number of cottages with river views. Internet connection is available in the camp kitchen. Visitors arriving at the park have access to amenities near the entrance. The highway runs directly behind the park so some occasional traffic noise may be experienced. A resort style park with friendly helpful staff who escort you to your site, explain the facilities and make you fell welcome. This is not the first time we have been at this park and won't be the last. Its a comfortable walk along the river into tow and its facilities. The Amenities are first class, clean and well maintained. The Camp kitchen is one of the best we've seen, even on a cold night we had an indoor BBQ and it was great. What surprised us the spa was heated and in the middle of the winter we jumped in, passing visitor though we were mad health nuts until they found out it was a heated salt pool, It was great. The park is under going continuous upgrading with ensuite sites and a planned water park for the kids. The ducks, possums, birds an pelicans kept us amused whilst some even dangle a line in the river with surprising results.
