Tamworth Lions Park - Tamworth South NSW

The Tamworth Lions Park is located in Duri Road 5kms south of the Tamworth CBD. The area opposite the park and beside the railway line offer spacious parking although you should verify that the ground is firm if there has been rain or storms.  Smaller campervans and motorhomes may be able to park near or adjacent to the park.  The park has excellent facilities including sheltered picnic areas with gas BBQs. I could not find any signs prohibition overnight camping. However, if you do decide to stay here overnight you do so at your own risk.
