Teven Park - Teven NSW
Teven Park is a quiet pleasant place to stay and rest. The park is situated beside a running stream. Access is via a dirt road and the area may be a but slippery after heavy rain. Teven is located 183km south of Brisbane and 753km north of Sydney. Follow signs on the new Ballina bypass to turn off to Teven. If you are travelling from the north you will need to take the turn off to Tintenbar.

There are no facilities. Camping is now prohibited and the area will be patrolled by rangers. Over the easter weekend "campers" left the park in such a state (rubbish, including faeces) that council staff refused to mow the grassed area. Its unfortunate because use of the park was actively encouraged by the stewards of the park, the Veterans Association and the local landcare group.
