The Vintage Golf Course - Rothbury NSW

The The Vintage Golf Course is located at Vintage Drive, Rothbury NSW. The Vintage is a magnificent course. Designed by Greg Norman the course is extremely challenging. Located in the beautiful Hunter Valley it is a delight to the eye. There is no lack of interesting holes to play on this course. Each hole is unique and requires good accurate shots to avoid the many traps. If a ball hits an overhead power line or pylon then it must be replayed without penalty.

Hole 7 is a long Par 5 and you are basically hitting blind from the Tee. The best strategy is to hit to the right of the path following the same trajectory. The Bimbadgen Vineyard is adjacent to Hole 7. This Vineyard holds many outdoor concerts and is a popular destination for wine lovers. Hole 10 has a secluded little waterhole immediately forward and to the left of the green so take caution with your final shot.

The Vintage is a great place to live and many homes are being built around the course. The course also has quality accommodation and restaurants. Many of the bunkers are quite deep and require concentration to play well. The water features on the course are stunning and ball hungry.
