Woolgoolga Beach Caravan Park 2009 - Woolgoolga NSW

Gold Award for Excellence

The Woolgoolga Beach Caravan Park is right on the beach at 55 Beach Road Woolgoolga. I used to stay at this caravan park as a child when we came down from Inverell for holidays. That's 50 years ago so the park has a long history. It's grown over time and has undergone quite a transformation. The park is in a great location with surf on one side and the Woolgoolga shops on the other. Surf, sun, fish and chips what more would you want for a great holiday. The park has been awarded the Caravan Park Photos Gold Award for Excellence in location, facilities and service. Bookings can be made by telephoning the park and please tell the park that you found them on Caravan Park Photos.

The park is right next to a lovely flat beach perfect for walking or swimming. The park is open with no fences so anyone can enter the park. The park is well grassed with all roads sealed. It is a well maintained park. There are concrete slabs or green matting to most sites. Not all sites are close to amenities. There is very little shade in the park. There is a good small camp kitchen with good clean BBQs and plenty of picnic tables. There is also another BBQ hut with plenty of tables. There is no pool but it is not needed with the beach nearby and no play ground however there is a good public play ground right next to the park. A short drive takes you to a lovely lookout with kangaroos and a walking track around the head land. There is an IGA and Foodworks in the town but a new Woolworths had been built just out of the town.
