The camping area enjoys the shade and protection of a canopy of trees, and there are quality facilities throughout the park, including 3 Laundromats. In addition to the campers kitchen, there is a 7 day mini-mart on site and a cafe a few minutes walk away.
Rose Gardens is perfect for family holidays, wedding parties and honeymooners, fishing fanatics and tennis and bowling enthusiasts who can use the Sports Club next door. It is a pet friendly park, but do ask ahead for a designated site.
There are 180 powered and 35 unpowered sites available for caravans, campers and motorhomes. A good selection of chalets is available for rent to suit all budgets and needs. Stayed in Sept 2014, the park was not busy so had our pick of site. Some sites have cement slab while the rest were mowed grass. Plenty of tree shaded sites or full sun if you prefer. Sites mostly level. No drive through that I noticed. Has a dump point. We had the use of a new shower block. Not sure they were cleaned daily - if they were they would do well to look for a new cleaner. Shower water temp changed every time another tap was turned on/off. The park was quite, we enjoyed our 4 nights. Would stay again. Pet friendly.
