Top Moffatt Camping Area - Carnarvon National Park QLD

There is a pit toilet and NO other facilities.
There is limited numbers allowed for camping and a permit is required. Campground features: Semi-open area beside the east branch of the Maranoa River.
Location: 15 km east of the airstrip.
Access: The camping area is accessible by 4WD only. It is accessible for high clearance camper trailers.
Number of sites: Open area without separately defined sites.
Restrictions in place in this area include:
A maximum of 20 people in the area at any one time.
A maximum group size of 6 people.
A maximum of 5 groups in the area at any one time
Campsites are suitable for: tent camping beside your car, walk-in camping and camper trailers.
Campsite surface: Dirt, grass.
Facilities: A pit toilet and communal fire rings.
Open fires: Permitted in fire rings only, except when fire bans or prohibitions apply. Bring your own clean-milled firewood. Do not bring in or collect bush wood. Fuel stoves recommended.
Generators: Not permitted.
