Home Hill Comfort Stop - Home Hill QLD

Great spot along the railway line for a short stay. Free shower toilet and barbecues. Right in the township so easy access to 3 hotels, 2 supermarkets, laundromat and an assortment of shops. Very clean and well maintained. But noisy right on railway corridor. Home Hill is situated on the South Bank of the Burdekin River in North Queensland, It is a rural town which has an economy dependent on the Sugar Industry. Located west of the main street.

Excellent rest stop located in Home Hill. Hot showers, BBQs, very well appointed. Great little fish and chip shop across the road just south of the rest stop. Grocery store also just south of the rest stop. Stop, rest, refresh, refuel - excellent.
