Location: 33 kilometres north of New Laura ranger station. From the Lakefield Road turn-off, it is nine kilometres to the camp sites beside the Normanby River.
Access: the campground can be reached by four-wheel-drive vehicles only.
Number of sites: five numbered sites at Mick Fienn Waterhole and one site (not numbered) at Dingo Waterhole.
Camp sites are suitable for: tent camping beside your car.
Camp site surface: dirt and grass.
Facilities: individual and communal fire rings.
Open fires: allowed in fire rings only (except when fire bans apply) but fuel stoves recommended. Do not collect firewood in the national park.
Generators: not permitted.
