Our roving reporter Mal Mills from Adelaide in South Australia has sent us this report on the Mansfield Lakeside Ski Village in Mansfield, Victoria.
“The wife myself and friends stayed in this park. First impression lovely, views of the country. Friendly staff. Our friends booked a cabin which was very nice & clean. Wife and I had our own van so we had a powered site.
Swimming pool clean, BUT the amenities block was something from hell. This was unfit for human use it was filthy old and run down. If not for our friends cabin (bathroom) we would have forfeited our money and gone elsewhere.
So unless you have an on-suite van DON’T GO THERE. Also they had the cheek to charge us $34.00 per night. This was the worst park we have ever stayed in, would never go back or recommend.”
