Darryl and Gwen travelled down to Bermagui from Goulburn to test out their van. They brought their friendly dog with them as well. I had the pleasure of interviewing them at Zane Grey Park in Bermagui.
The space and convenience of check in parking areas varies considerably from park to park.
The Ulladulla Holiday Village sets a new standard for check-in parking with a generous horseshoe arrival area which you can see below:
I acknowledge that many parks are unable to provide such a generous area due to constraints on land and existing buildings.
However, I think Ulladulla Holiday Village sets a good benchmark for new parks or those being renovated.
Shellharbour Beachside Tourist Park is in a stunning location and I can’t help speculating that this may be the place that caravanners go to when they die. It is Caravan Park heaven!
I’ve had no less that four Registration Label Holders go brittle as a result of sunlight exposure. On one occasion the holder fell off so I had to get a replacement label.
Yesterday I needed to replace the holder again and I came across a new Perspex holder made by a company called Stable Label Holder.
I purchased the label holder from FM Discount Spares in Shellharbour but I expect they will be available in lots of other motor accessory outlets.
The label holder cost me $9.95 and I was told it should last for 10 years.
